The Agency is recruiting for a People & Culture Administrator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an organized and secure system for storing all employee documentation.
  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, such as preparing contracts and related documents for new hires.
  • Conduct background checks and screening procedures before onboarding candidates.
  • Oversee immigration processes for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Support the planning and execution of events such as training sessions, company socials, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Post job vacancies on the company’s job board and coordinate interview scheduling and candidate meetings.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or relevant accreditation in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of Cayman Islands immigration regulations and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software applications such as HRIS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and liaising with external stakeholders.

Salary: US$60,000 – US$76,000 per annum.
