The Agency is recruiting for a Principal Engineer on behalf of our client.

Technical Influence: Shape architecture decisions and guide the evolution of large-scale technology platforms across multiple engineering domains.

Innovation Exposure: Work on cutting-edge cloud and AI-driven initiatives, helping translate emerging technologies into business value.

Leadership Impact: Mentor engineering teams and drive technical standards, best practices, and long-term engineering excellence.

• Provide technical leadership and contribute to the design of scalable, high-performance software platforms.
• Guide architecture decisions and promote engineering best practices across multiple teams and technology stacks.
• Solve complex technical challenges while ensuring systems remain reliable, maintainable, and future-ready.
• Support the adoption of modern technologies, including cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate.

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in enterprise-scale system development.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java and/or Python, combined with strong software design and architecture capabilities.
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-based applications with a focus on scalability and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and influence engineering outcomes.
