The Agency is recruiting for a Private Banking Operations Manager on behalf of our client.

• Provide day-to-day operational support for private banking services and assist senior management.
• Reviewing clients profiles and handling account openings, updates, and reviews and manage pre-approvals.
• Authorize transfers of funds, cash, and securities.
• Streamline and drive improvements in the efficiency and productivity of Private Banking operations and client services.
• Drive and report on control processes to maintain a strong risk management and control culture.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, transaction reviews, and control enhancements in Private Banking operations.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members. 
• Serve as a liaison between the First and Second Line of Defense and serve as the deputy for the Private Bank COO when required.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in international Private Banking and Wealth Management operations.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and corporate governance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability and solutions.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance in the Cayman Islands financial services industry.
• Project management experience.

Salary: US$120K-US$160k per annum.
