Temporary. Procurement Coordinator

The Agency is recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract. 

Responsibilities 
  • Assist with procurement administration, including sourcing vendors, onboarding, and setting them up on systems.
  • Ensure contracts are upheld to the highest standards, with all agreed terms being met.
  • Maintain organized and secure storage of all documentation for future reference.
  • Coordinate important insurance enrollments and renewals, ensuring all relevant dates are tracked and managed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, with preference given to candidates holding or working towards a Bachelor’s degree in business.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional administrative experience, preferably in a procurement environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Only Caymanian and PR holder candidates will be considered for this role.

Salary: US$24 – US$29 per hour.
