• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of materials logistics and site inventory.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor communication to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
• Implement tracking and documentation systems to maintain control over all materials.
• Support process improvements and efficiency in supply chain operations.

• On-island candidates only, Caymanian applicants strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in procurement and logistics within construction or high-end developments.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, specialist trades, and supply chain management.
• Excellent organisational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, able to operate effectively in fast-paced project environments.

Salary: CI$4000 per month.
