The Agency is recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of our client. 3-month contract. Immediate start.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure, renovation, and systems improvement projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards.
• Manage procurement processes and contract updates, including preparation of supporting business cases and documentation.
• Oversee stakeholder coordination, vendor engagement, and on-site project execution to meet operational and safety requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes, providing regular progress reporting and risk management oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven record managing sizable projects and budgets, with demonstrated success in research, policy development, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic outcomes independently.
• Strong digital proficiency and familiarity with governance, compliance, and information management standards relevant to public or institutional environments.

Salary: US$40 – US$45 per hour.
