The Agency is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client.

Strategic Influence: Play a key role in risk management, cost certainty, and profitability across major projects.

• Lead post-contract commercial management activities, including procurement, cost control, variations, and project monitoring.
• Support pre-contract cost planning, estimating, and commercial input during early project stages.
• Monitor financial performance through forecasting, reporting, and risk management across assigned projects.
• Maintain effective commercial relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain while promoting cost awareness.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience delivering commercial management on major construction or development projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability in cost reporting, risk assessment, and contract administration.
• Advanced analytical, communication, and digital skills with the ability to operate autonomously within a wider project team.

Salary: US$108,000 – US$132,000 per annum.
