The Agency is recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Manage office communication by answering phone calls, mail distribution and ensure documents are electronically filed.
- Handle invoices, sales transactions, assist with accounting tasks and enter data into spreadsheets.
- Schedule meetings and book travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office space is well maintained.
- Manage courier packages and notify recipients.
- Ensure licenses and insurance are renewed in timely manner.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with office management systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye on detail and ability to prioritize skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Skilled in using Enterprise Management Software and Microsoft Office.
Salary: US$14 – US$17 per hour.
