The Agency is recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage communications by answering phone calls, mail distribution and ensure documents are electronically filed.
  • Facilitate with scheduling meetings and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with solving client problems; maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, client retention and supporting team members.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office space is well maintained.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.

  

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Professional attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments while creating positive experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye on detail and ability to prioritize tasks.   
Salary: US$17 – US$19 per hour.
