Temporary. Receptionist

The Agency is recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client. This is a temp to perm opportunity requiring an immediate start.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact, welcoming clients and visitors, managing calls, and ensuring a professional experience.
  • Ensure that all areas are organized and fully prepared with required materials.
  • Coordinate with delivery services.
  • Support office operations by enforcing security protocols, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing ad-hoc support to legal and secretarial teams.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of relevant experience in a professional services environment, showcasing strong client-facing skills.
  • Caymanian/ RERC applicants only.
  • Professional demeanour, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrates reliability and adaptability, with a strong capacity for both independent and collaborative work.

Temp hourly rate: US$20-24 per hour.
Salary: US$40,000 – 55,000 per annum.
