Temporary. Receptionist

The Agency is recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client. 3-6-month contract. November 10th start.

Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the main administrative contact for the office, managing inquiries, calls, and front-desk interactions.
  • Handle the receipt, registration, and distribution of official documents, case files, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling between internal staff, law enforcement, and external parties.
  • Provide general clerical and organizational support, including document preparation, record maintenance, and archiving assistance.
  • Dispatch courier packages and receiving and registering mail for the Office.
  • Assist with the preparation of finished memos and summonses and maintaining the register of correspondence.
  • Carry out such related duties such as assistance with archiving as may be allocated from time to time by the Personal Assistant.
Requirements:
  • Prior administrative experience, ideally within a professional or legal environment.
  • Legal background preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Open exclusively to Caymanian applicants.
Salary: US$23 – US$25 per hour.
