The Agency is recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager on behalf of our client.

• Regional Strategic Impact: Lead data-driven decision-making across multiple international markets, directly influencing commercial and customer outcomes at scale.
• Advanced Analytics Leadership: Shape and evolve a sophisticated BI and analytics environment, leveraging modern tools and predictive methodologies.
• Executive Visibility: Operate as a trusted analytics partner to senior regional leadership, contributing to high-impact strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee a unified regional business intelligence and analytics framework to ensure consistent, reliable insights.
• Deliver actionable performance reporting and strategic analysis to support commercial growth and operational effectiveness.
• Develop forecasting models and advanced analytics to inform planning, customer strategy, and investment decisions.
• Lead regional BI collaboration, capability uplift, and knowledge-sharing across local market teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven capability in building automated dashboards and data models using leading BI and analytical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding analytical best practices across teams.
