The Agency is recruiting for a Regulatory Account Manager on behalf of our client.

• Manage AEOI processes, ensuring accurate data processing for reports, applications, and portal maintenance in compliance with policies.
• Review and validate FATCA documentation, performing reasonableness checks for relevant account holders.
• Prepare AEOI files and support regulatory filings for Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance Returns, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with third parties and onboarding teams to streamline regulatory client onboarding.
• Stay informed on industry developments, implement efficiencies to enhance client services, and update policies for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in developing and training teams on processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of AEOI reporting, Economic Substance legislation, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with software like Viewpoint is advantageous. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$100,000 per annum.
