The Agency is recruiting for a Risk & Compliance Manager on behalf of our client. Temp to perm. Immediate start. Only open to those located in the Cayman Islands.

• Support and oversee key aspects of the organization’s risk management and regulatory compliance framework.
• Assist in evaluating internal controls and processes to ensure adherence to AML and other regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to the preparation of compliance and risk reports for internal stakeholders and relevant authorities.
• Provide leadership within the risk and compliance function and assist with regulatory training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as finance, law, business, or similar (or comparable professional experience).
• Professional certification in compliance or financial crime prevention (e.g., CAMS or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience within regulatory compliance or risk management in a financial services environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience within a compliance or risk-focused role.

Salary: US$45 – US$60 per hour.
