The Agency is recruiting for a Risk & Compliance Officer on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and ongoing improvement of the organization’s compliance programme in alignment with regulatory obligations.
- Assist with compliance monitoring activities including reviews, sampling, and documentation for internal audits and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain organized records of compliance actions, investigations, and monitoring outcomes while supporting reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track regulatory updates, support risk assessments, and help address compliance-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, accounting, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting regulatory compliance or risk-related functions within a financial services environment.
- Working knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance monitoring practices; relevant certification (or progress toward one) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, sound judgement, and proficiency with standard business software tools.
Salary: US$64,692 – US$75,474 per annum.
