The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Account Manager – Captive Insurance on behalf of our client.

• Manage and review client financial reporting, including statements and audits.
• Monitor cash positions, liquidity needs, and payment processes.
• Maintain compliance across investment policies, regulatory requirements, and insurance documentation.
• Coordinate governance activities such as meeting notices, board packages, and minutes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and support senior team members as needed.

  Requirements:  

• Professional qualification with a relevant degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in captive insurance management, ideally with exposure to reinsurance or group captives.
• Strong command of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong client-service mindset.

Salary: US$110,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
