A top offshore firm in Bermuda is looking for a corporate lawyer of 5PQE to join them at Senior Associate level. As part of the corporate group, the Senior Associate will work on a wide range of general corporate matters and provide corporate support to the fintech team. 

The day to day will be:

• Advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, continuations and discontinuations, public equity markets and equity capital raising, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures and corporate governance
• Advising clients in the fintech sector, including on licensing applications, corporate governance, structuring and fundraising rounds

A general corporate background is required.  The firm has a relaxed, friendly culture and great career progression.

At this level, the firm would expect you to be comfortable with handling matters autonomously, having extensive client contact, and undertaking business development. Someone who enjoys training and developing juniors and contributing to the wider team culture would be ideal. You will also have a very high USD salary with excellent benefits and a relocation package.
