This firm has one of the largest and leading disputes practices in the BVI and offers the successful candidate a range of high-value, complex disputes including cross-border, multi-party commercial litigation and large-scale insolvencies. The successful candidate would hold a high level of responsibility, advising on matters ranging from urgent interim relief applications to trial, including shareholder disputes, injunctions and commercial trials.
  
You would also regularly be involved in the firm’s business development activities, nurturing existing relationships and building new ones across the jurisdiction and in other major financial centres.
  
As the successful candidate, you should have at least 5 years’ PQE, with experience gained at a major law firm in the BVI or in the UK.
