The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Associate – Insolvency and Restructuring on behalf of our client.

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of restructuring, recovery, and formal insolvency engagements across a varied client base.
• Support the development and execution of strategic and operational solutions in distressed or underperforming situations.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders while guiding and developing junior team members.
• Apply analytical tools and professional judgment to address complex commercial and financial challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification, with progress toward or completion of a recognised professional designation.
• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience within restructuring, insolvency, or related advisory environments.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within collaborative, client-facing teams.

Salary: US$70,000 – US$80,000 per annum.
