The Agency has partnered with a multinational offshore law firm in search of an experienced Investment Funds lawyer (6 PQE) to join the firm’s offices in the Cayman Islands. This firm has a strong reputation for the calibre of its lawyers, the quality of its output and a progressive working environment.
  
The firm is searching for an investment funds specialist with a focus on private equity to work under the firm’s funds partners who have outstanding reputations in the offshore industry, with clients including many heavyweight US PE funds. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced funds lawyer who is looking to progress their career at a fast rate. The firm could offer an above-market remuneration package, a progression path based on tangible (and reasonable) targets and attractive hours.
  
Requirements:

• 6 PQE, with experience at a major onshore law firm;
• In-depth private equity funds experience;
• Strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative.  

The firm could offer a salary up to US$260,000 (depending on experience) above-market bonus structure.
