The Agency is assisting a well-regarded international law firm in search of a Senior Associate to join the firm’s growing Investment Funds practice.
  
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading practice that offers a structured and fair progression track. The firm has a reputation for its pleasant team environment, with a collaborative team, healthy target hours and transparent and approachable leadership.
  
The successful candidate will be providing bespoke advice to onshore counsel and private fund managers on all aspects of fund lifecycles, as well as ancillary transactional and regulatory matters.
  
Whilst the firm has a thriving book of existing clients, Senior Associates are encouraged to participate in the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives in the jurisdiction and overseas as the firm looks to grow firm.
  
Candidates should be 6 PQE and have existing Cayman Islands funds experience. Strong academics are also essential.
