Calling all investment funds and corporate lawyers! A leading offshore firms is looking for a lawyer with funds experience at Senior Associate (5-8PQE) level, to be based in Jersey. 
  
The role would be ideal for lawyers from the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand who have some exposure to investment funds work and want to learn more. The work is a broad range of establishing, managing, restructuring and liquidating various types of funds and corporate structures, structured acquisitions and tax and regulatory matters, as well as advising on venture capital, private equity and real estate funds.
  
Training in the new jurisdictions will be provided, but at senior associate level, you’ll need the ability to work autonomously to a high level, undertake business development where possible, and be responsible for the development of trainees and juniors.
