The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Associate – Investor Services Luxembourg on behalf of our client.

Specialist Exposure: Develop your expertise within investor services and the alternative investment funds sector.

Client-Focused Role: Build strong relationships while supporting a diverse portfolio of sophisticated fund clients and investors.

Career Development: Take on increased responsibility, including operational oversight and supporting the development of junior team members.

• Manage day-to-day investor servicing activities across a portfolio of investment fund clients.
• Review and process investor transactions, cash movements and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support AML/KYC, regulatory compliance and investor eligibility requirements while maintaining accurate records.
• Manage investor and client queries while assisting with team training and operational oversight.

• Degree-level education with 2 years’ relevant experience within investor services, fund administration or a related financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of alternative investments, securities and relevant regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills with confidence working across financial services systems and technology.
• Highly organised and analytical, with strong communication, relationship-management and independent problem-solving abilities.

Salary: US$75,000 – US$80,000 per annum.
