A top offshore firm in the BVI is looking for an experienced Barrister or Solicitor Advocate to join their high-powered team. 5-12PQE is ideal. 

This role focuses on contentious work in the busy BVI Commercial Court and appellate courts in BVI and international company, shareholder, trusts, fraud, asset-tracing and enforcement disputes as well as receiverships, insolvency and restructuring work.  

You will need to be a barrister or solicitor advocate with excellent drafting skills (pleadings, evidence, applications and written arguments), and extensive experience of oral advocacy in court, sufficient to act in substantial interim applications and trials before the High Court, Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Privy Council.
