The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Business Development Executive on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market, client, and competitor trends, managing the CRM database, and exploring cross-sell opportunities across the business.
- Support the development of strategies to enhance collaboration across practice groups and coordinate with the international BD team on global initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of firm-hosted events, working with the Events team to execute practice group events and client entertainment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on new business pitches while working with multi-regional communications teams to create engaging content.
- Assist with BD trips by ensuring clear objectives, briefing teams, and providing market research and post-event analysis.
- Participate in other strategic ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Marketing or a related field, with experience in the legal industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, event management, and sponsorship activation.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in CRM systems like InterAction considered a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address internal stakeholder needs.
Salary: US$95,000 – US$110,000 per annum DOE.
