The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Compliance Analyst on behalf of our client.

• Oversee and assess new client/matter onboarding to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and risk frameworks, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Conduct risk screening and assessments, including identifying sensitive entities and assigning appropriate risk ratings.
• Serve as a primary point of support and guidance for compliance team members and other staff regarding regulatory obligations.
• Support ongoing monitoring, audits, training, and firm-wide compliance initiatives, contributing to both local and regional projects.

Requirements:

• Solid academic background with relevant professional certification in compliance or financial regulation.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of local AML/CFT regulations and related compliance systems/tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client engagement skills, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
