The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Compliance Analyst on behalf of our client.

• Oversee and maintain the organization’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory and statutory obligations.
• Provide compliance advisory support to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams within a regulated financial services environment.
• Manage regulatory submissions, monitoring activities, and inspections, including coordination of audits and regulatory reviews.
• Lead compliance initiatives, investigations, and reporting while contributing to continuous improvement of internal controls and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• CIMA experience in insurance division.
• Accounting qualification ideal.
• Captive insurance experience.
• Solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks, AML obligations, and governance standards.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, analyze regulatory developments, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant professional qualifications and experience aligned with compliance, accounting, or risk management disciplines.

Salary: US$120,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
