Our client is currently seeking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Senior Compliance Analyst. Your primary responsibility will involve preparing high-risk and PEP client submissions for review and approval by the Compliance Officer and Risk Committee. You will also play a key role in processing changes to existing business, conducting thorough managed entity file reviews, and ensuring all required reviews are completed within the calendar year.

• You are responsible for ensuring the business is in compliance with both global and local laws, rules and regulations. Other responsibilities include:
• Keep abreast of regulatory, legislative and best practice changes, including possible impacts
• Assist with Client File Review monitoring and ensure compliance with regulatory objectives
• Maintain knowledge of the current AML/CFT due diligence requirements and ensure that they are correctly applied by the onboarding and AML compliance team particularly for all components of complex multi-level organizational structures.
• Review, advise on, and oversee the execution of transactional due diligence pertaining to AML,  and anti-bribery concerns
• Provide regular reports such as annual MLRO reports, to boards and other relevant bodies 

Requirements: 

• Good knowledge of AML/CFT legal and regulatory framework
• Proven managerial skills are necessary to successfully administer core support and critical regulatory relationship function within a diverse organization and effectively coordinate between multiple businesses and support units
• Proven technical knowledge of Global (onshore and offshore) financial services products
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Viewpoint
• Ability to lead a team and work with Senior Directors to grow a business line
