The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager on behalf of our client.

Senior-Level Impact: Take a key role in strengthening regulatory compliance and risk management across a sophisticated professional services environment.

Leadership Opportunity: Lead and develop compliance professionals while providing guidance on complex regulatory matters.

Professional Growth: Work within an internationally recognised organisation with exposure to evolving regulatory requirements and cross-jurisdictional matters.

• Provide senior-level oversight and guidance across regulatory compliance, AML, sanctions and related risk matters.
• Oversee key compliance monitoring, client onboarding and regulatory reporting activities.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of compliance policies, controls and risk management frameworks.
• Lead, coach and develop compliance team members while supporting key internal and external stakeholders.

• Applicants must currently have the right to work in the Cayman Islands as a Caymanian, RERC holder or PR holder.
• 8 years’ relevant experience within legal, professional or regulated financial services environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with recognised compliance qualifications such as CAMS or ICA highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands AML, KYC, sanctions and broader regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and people management experience, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: US$130,000 – US$160,000 per annum.
