Executive. Senior Corporate Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Administrator for a 6-Month contract period. This role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting documents to regulatory authorities.
- Assist with daily agendas such as minute-taking, drafting resolutions, and maintaining statutory documents.
- Assisting with compliance & regulatory procedures.
- Meeting client deadlines ensuring high-quality service while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Support management and client requests from time to time.
- Building internal relationships and contributing to the business’s commercial success.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Corporate Administration experience.
- Professional Qualifications such as (ICSA, CGI or STEP) preferable.
- A proactive attitude towards tasks and a commitment to contributing to the team’s success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint or prior experience using it would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate.
Salary: Hourly rate DOE.
