The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Administrator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and partnerships, ensuring full compliance with all applicable Cayman Islands regulations.
- Prepare and file all formation documents with the Registrar, coordinating on administrative issues as needed.
- Maintain and update all statutory records and registers in an organised and secure manner, ensuring proper storage and retrieval per company procedures.
- Assist the team in preparing corporate documents, invoices, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries, efficiently processing requests and providing responsive, professional service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience within a corporate services firm.
- Solid understanding of Cayman Islands laws and regulations, particularly in relation to economic substance.
- Proven experience interacting with regulatory bodies such as CIMA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CORIS, and ViewPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Salary: US$100,000 – US$110,000 per annum.
