The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Administrator – CoSec Hedge Funds on behalf of our client.

• Provide full board support including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, attending meetings, and producing accurate and timely minutes.

• Maintain statutory records and corporate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth corporate governance processes.

• Review and update internal procedures to uphold best practices in company secretarial work.

• Proven experience in a senior corporate administration or company secretarial role within financial services.

• Strong minute-taking and drafting skills with the ability to capture complex discussions clearly and precisely.

• Solid understanding of corporate governance requirements for hedge funds or similar regulated entities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: US$74,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
