We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Senior Corporate Administrator to join our client on a contract basis and play a key role in delivering a seamless client onboarding experience while supporting the growth and efficiency of their Corporate Services team.

As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you’ll take the lead on onboarding new clients from start to finish, ensuring all regulatory and internal requirements are met to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and the Head of Corporate Services, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the process.
Beyond onboarding, you’ll also support broader team initiatives, help develop junior colleagues, and contribute to enhancing systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Reviewing and verifying KYC and regulatory documentation in line with Cayman Islands requirements
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout onboarding
- Preparing and reviewing corporate documentation, including incorporations, resolutions, and statutory filings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records with secure document management practices
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding delivery
- Supporting periodic client reviews, ensuring all records remain compliant and current
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance client experience and efficiency
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Assisting the Head of Corporate Services with reporting, team coordination, and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- 5–7 years’ experience in corporate administration or corporate services
- Strong working knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with systems such as ViewPoint, CAP, and Coris
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Relevant professional qualifications (preferred)
