The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Estimator on behalf of our client.

• Prepare, review, and present cost estimates and related analyses for various projects, providing clear guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Interpret project designs and scopes to deliver early-stage cost insights and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research, track, and analyse costs, risks, and efficiencies to inform project planning and future estimates.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with team members while supporting procurement, quality control, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years of work experience.
• Technical education or equivalent experience in engineering, surveying, or related fields, complemented by recognized professional certifications.
• Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, including cost management, procurement, and project feasibility.
• Skilled in analysing data, preparing reports, and presenting insights clearly, with proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.

Salary: US$110,000 – US$150,00 per annum.
