The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager on behalf of our client. This position is based in Jersey.

Collaborative Environment: Act as the key liaison between the Finance team and other departments, fostering strong cross-functional relationships and supporting cohesive business operations.

• Oversee financial operations, including credit control, expenses, and payments, ensuring alignment with internal standards and procedures.
• Perform monthly financial tasks, including accurate bank reconciliations following established accounting practices.
• Collaborate with department heads and business units to monitor and support the company’s overall financial health.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly those related to anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Promptly address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues, minimizing the need for escalation.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior staff, providing guidance and support to foster high performance and continuous development. 

Requirements:

• Professional accounting accreditation such as ACCA.
• Proven experience in a financial environment, ideally in a senior-level role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with additional finance platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in delegation and capable of managing large workloads independently.

Salary: GBP£70,000 – GBP£80,000 per annum.
