• Support the administration and ongoing management of a portfolio of corporate and restructuring matters.
• Assist with financial reporting, statutory documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, professional advisers, financial institutions and other relevant third parties.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and administrative processes while supporting billing and case progression.

• Relevant experience within accounting, corporate services, fund administration, audit, insolvency, restructuring or a related financial services environment.
• Working towards a recognised professional qualification in accounting, governance, insolvency or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
