The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Manager – Insolvency and Restructuring on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a large caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including liquidations and corporate advisory assignments.
- Partner with lawyers and stakeholders to resolve issues throughout engagements, ensuring compliance is maintained.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promote best practices, and nurture client relationships.
- Focus on managing the practice to include budgeting, strategy, competitor analysis and managing quality and risk.
- Drive business development initiatives by staying informed on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
- Professional qualifications like ACA/ACCA or an LLB and post-graduate qualification in law.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring services, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong project management skills to deal with multiple cases and deliver to key statutory deadlines.
- Excellent financial analysis, business insight, and report writing skills.
Salary: US$110,000 – US$130,000 per annum.
