The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

• Lead oversight and reporting of regulatory compliance and financial crime risk matters across regional operations.
• Support board and senior management reporting by identifying control gaps and recommending risk mitigation measures.
• Manage relationships with regulators and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters and investigations.
• Contribute to the development of compliance frameworks, policies, monitoring programmes, and staff awareness initiatives.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in compliance, law, accounting, or a related discipline, with membership in a recognised professional body preferred.
• Strong background in AML, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities with experience engaging senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong regulatory awareness and technical expertise.

Salary: US$120,000 – US$140,000 per annum.
