Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to support strategic expansion across key markets, with a strong focus on the Americas. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver targeted campaigns, drive engagement, and contribute directly to revenue-generating initiatives.
This is not a back-office marketing role. You’ll be embedded in the business — partnering with service lines, contributing to strategy, and executing initiatives that directly support growth. From campaigns and events to data-driven insights and relationship building, you’ll play a visible and hands-on role in shaping how the business goes to market.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and execution of business development strategies and plans
- Delivering targeted marketing campaigns aligned to key markets and growth priorities
- Collaborating on and executing events, conferences, and marketing initiatives
- Tracking performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Producing high-quality marketing materials and branded content
- Supporting lead generation and client engagement initiatives
- Coordinating pre- and post-event planning, including reporting and insights
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver integrated BD and marketing activity
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry bodies, partners, and external providers
- Contributing to internal BD initiatives and cross-functional projects
Experience:
- 3–4 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or consulting, ideally within professional services or financial services
- A strong understanding of how marketing supports revenue growth
- Experience contributing to and executing BD and marketing plans
- Confidence working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, InterAction)
- Ability to analyse data, track performance, and extract meaningful insights
- Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Technical strengths:
- Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, analytics, email campaigns, social media)
- Experience using collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Exposure to AI-driven productivity tools (e.g. Copilot or similar) is an advantage
