The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Organizational Change Manager on behalf of our client.

Global Impact: Lead transformation initiatives across an internationally connected business environment, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Strategic Visibility: Work closely with senior leaders and key decision-makers to help drive major business change programs.

• Lead and support enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring effective adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Assess business impacts and develop practical plans to support successful implementation across teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and project teams to align change activities with broader business objectives.
• Develop targeted communication, engagement, and learning initiatives to enhance organizational readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale organizational change or transformation programs within complex business environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with experience simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, with exposure to multinational or matrix organizations considered advantageous.

Salary:US$120,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
