The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Pension Administrator on behalf of our client.

• Oversee day-to-day administration of member accounts, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution of transactions.
• Act as a key point of escalation for complex member enquiries and non-standard cases.
• Review and guide team output to ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and provide oversight to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of account administration, reconciliations, and client servicing.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Confident communicator with the capability to provide guidance on technical matters.

Salary: US$55,000 – US$70,000 per annum.
