We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of card and online banking products. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, driving revenue, and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for online banking systems and assist with card services platforms
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Develop product roadmaps, define requirements, and support feature design
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create and execute test plans, including UAT and QA
- Coordinate product releases with internal teams and vendors
- Support after-hours deployments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (CSPO preferred)
- 5 years’ relevant experience, including systems implementation and testing
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, card systems, and payments
- Experience in business analysis, application support, and process mapping
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Salary range: US$74,000-US$108,000 plus comprehensive benefits package.
