The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Production Support Analyst – Information Technology on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a key escalation point for complex production and system issues.
- Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of payment system incidents.
- Lead and support a team while ensuring continuity of critical services and reporting.
- Contribute to system improvements, upgrades, and implementation of new solutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related discipline.
- Proven experience supporting payment systems or similar environments.
- Working knowledge of card processing and banking operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Salary: US$74,000 – US$107,000 per annum.
