The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client.

Strategic Impact: Lead business-critical initiatives that influence organizational transformation and long-term objectives.

Complex Project Leadership: Drive high-profile projects across multiple functions, stakeholders, and operational areas.

Governance & Delivery Excellence: Play a key role in enhancing project management standards, controls, and delivery frameworks.

• Lead the successful delivery of complex projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and key milestones while maintaining effective delivery oversight.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes to support project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive accountability across all phases of delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with advanced qualifications considered advantageous.
• Professional project management certification preferred; Agile-related credentials are beneficial.
• Significant project management experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives within structured environments.
• Strong background in governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional teams.

Salary: US$95,100 – US$137,600 per annum.
