The Agency is seeking for Senior Recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients while maintaining high service standards.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen existing accounts.
  • Apply targeted sourcing and assessment approaches to attract and secure suitable talent.
  • Meet measured financial targets as well as KPIs for business development (cold calls to new and/or existing businesses), lead chasing, candidate generation and meetings, client interviews and resume submissions.
  • Support business growth initiatives in line with agreed commercial objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in agency recruitment with exposure to technical/ IT, financial services, or accounting/professional services disciplines.
  • Proven track record to hit monthly financial targets and to operate in a target-driven environment with measurable performance expectations.
  • Demonstrated capability using advanced sourcing and candidate engagement techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment CRMs.
  • Strong working knowledge of local Cayman Islands employment legislation.
Salary: US$19,207 – US$60,000 per annum plus statutory pension, medical insurance and commission.
