The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Manager on behalf of our client. This is a 3-month contract. Immediate start. 

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job specification preparation, candidate shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement efficient, transparent recruitment procedures and provide training to staff involved.
• Monitor recruitment expenditures, ensuring budget compliance and suggesting adjustments when necessary.
• Lead and support direct reports, fostering professional development and performance evaluation, while identifying process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least 5 years specializing in recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of modern HR practices and familiarity with public service management laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR Information Systems is desirable.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels. 
• Adaptable, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement. 
• Must be a self-starter who can hit the ground running.

Salary: US$40 – US$45 per hour DOE.
