The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Reinsurance Accountant on behalf of our client.

Regional Market Exposure: Gain hands-on experience within a Cayman-based insurance group operating across treaty portfolios and subsidiaries.

Strategic Financial Influence: Play a key role in consolidation, forecasting, and complex transaction analysis at group level.

Executive-Level Visibility: Work closely with senior leadership, external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.

• Manage accounting activities for a designated reinsurance portfolio and related entities.
• Support group reporting, consolidations, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
• Assist in supervising outsourced accounting workflows and reviewing financial outputs.
• Contribute to forecasting, regulatory filings, treasury processes, and strategic financial analysis.

• Recognized professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA).
• Experience within insurance, reinsurance, or audit environments.
• Exposure to supervisory or review-level responsibilities.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
