The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Software Quality Engineer on behalf of our client.

• Oversee testing initiatives independently or as a member of the team.
• Develop detailed Test Scenarios that are traceable to requirements using a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Conduct Functional, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing scenarios.
• Design and implement Regression Test Packs when needed.
• Facilitate and engage in defect triage discussions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist in management reporting, focusing on test metrics, preparation, execution, and defect documentation.
• Quickly identify and escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure quality is integrated throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, with knowledge of diverse testing methods and quality standards.
• Proficient in troubleshooting with a strong analytical approach.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to resolving issues.
• Fundamental technical and automation skills.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Comfortable working in diverse, international, and high-performing virtual teams.

Salary: US$95K- US$125K per annum.
