The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Systems Engineer on behalf of our client.

High-Impact Leadership: Take ownership of end-to-end system design and pre-sales consulting, directly influencing enterprise solution strategies and customer outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Business Value: Working closely with sales and internal teams, you’ll help bridge technical and business needs—making your work integral to both revenue growth and operational improvement.

Diverse Tech Environment: With responsibilities spanning HPE infrastructure, cloud-based applications, and escalated support, the role promises a mix of hands-on engineering and strategic problem-solving.

• Oversee system design processes, including pre-sales consulting activities.
• Manage the creation of proposals and lead technical demonstrations for internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business gaps and recommend technical improvements to support sales growth.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on the performance and optimization of cloud-based applications.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalated IT tickets.

Requirements:

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, HPE ATP, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar technical role.
• In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing enterprise solutions, with hands-on experience using HPE Servers and Storage products.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Linux environments, and SQL Server, with demonstrated practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to customers.
