The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Tax Manager on behalf of our client.

Exposure to Complex Tax Cases: Stay informed on evolving U.S. tax reporting, compliance, and international tax issues, enhancing your ability to quickly resolve cases.

• Leverage in-depth technical knowledge to guide clients through complex U.S. income tax reporting and compliance across multiple sectors, including insurance, hedge funds, and private equity.
• Advise clients on U.S. tax reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with investor needs and compliance with local tax laws such as Economic Substance and AEOI.
• Provide comprehensive support to clients on local tax laws and regulations, helping them navigate jurisdictional complexities.
• Lead and mentor tax staff, overseeing the efficient execution of tasks while promoting continuous professional development and team growth.
• Stay updated on evolving tax regulations to deliver proactive and strategic advice.

Requirements:

• A legal professional designation, CPA, or similar qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience in US taxation, particularly in preparing federal income tax returns for partnerships and corporations, preferred.
• Expertise in US tax for asset management or insurance; international tax experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines and remain flexible.
• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively within a team.
