The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Technology Support Associate on behalf of our client.

• Oversee the prompt resolution of all hardware and software tickets, and queries, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct training workshops for both clients and the team, assigning tailored responsibilities to colleagues as required, and developing training materials where necessary.
• Stay current with technological trends and advocate for the integration of new tools within the organization.
• Liaise with third parties and serve as the company’s technical lead, managing vendor relationships and coordinating support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document and track system issues and improvements to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for the team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Only Caymanian candidates will be considered for this role. 

Salary: US$72,000 – US$77,400 per annum.
